The property will restore and connect buildings spanning nearly a full city block, including the original Collins Park Hotel by Henry Hohauser (1939), the former Adams Hotel by L. Murray Dixon (1938), the Tyler Hotel by Albert Anis (1940), the former Copley Terrace Apartments, the S&M Apartments completed in 1948, and the 1953 Lord Charles and Gamshire pair. The buildings had sat vacant for years and were damaged in a 2012 fire; the project preserves their individual architectural identities.

Dining will include a signature coastal-cuisine restaurant, a café with specialty coffee and grab-and-go items, room service, a rooftop bar and an on-site market. Rooms are slated to include custom furnishings, 65-inch flat-screen TVs and Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities, with private balconies or terraces in select rooms and added living space in junior and larger suites. The address is within walking distance of the Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.

Key points

  • Anticipated opening: early 2027; 289 rooms under Hilton Hotels & Resorts at 2000 Park Ave., Miami Beach.
  • Five restored buildings dating 1938–1953, including works by Henry Hohauser, L. Murray Dixon and Albert Anis.
  • Three pools (one ground-level courtyard pool, two rooftop), 24-hour fitness center, complimentary bikes and beach access with loungers and towels.

Tip: If an early-2027 Miami Beach trip is on your radar, note the planned location at 2000 Park Ave., walkable to the Convention Center, Collins Avenue and Lincoln Road, and check Hilton's booking channels closer to the anticipated opening.
