The resort sits at Km 4.5 on Boulevard Kukulcán at the northern entrance to the Hotel Zone, minutes from the Isla Mujeres ferries and about 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport, which has nonstop service from U.S. hubs including New York, Dallas and Miami. It is owned and operated by Spain's Fuerte Group — the family-owned company's first hotel outside Spain — and marks both the Amàre brand's first all-inclusive and the first Curio Collection by Hilton in Cancún.

Dining and drinks are led by named curators: Chef Mauricio Giovanini, Michelin-starred at Restaurante Messina in Marbella, brings the HAYACA Latin American and Mediterranean concept to Cancún as its first permanent home; Chef Jordi Cantó developed VITA and BLANC and the menu at LA CAVA. Salmon Guru co-founder Diego Cabrera sets the cocktail list, Elisa Villarreal runs the mezcal and tequila program, sommelier Meritxell Falgueras curates wine and tastings, Spanish Barista Champion Adrián Fernández designs the RITUAL lobby coffee menu, and Ibiza DJ Anna Tur oversees Amàre Music across the day.

Key points

  • 429 suites, adults-only, all-inclusive, beachfront in Cancún's Hotel Zone
  • Seven restaurants, two rooftop infinity pools, nine-treatment-room spa and The One premium experience
  • First Amàre property in the Americas and first Curio Collection by Hilton in Cancún

Tip: Travelers can book the property through Hilton and earn or redeem Hilton Honors points on the stay. Because the resort is adults-only, families with children will need a different Cancún option; plan on roughly a 30-minute transfer from Cancún International Airport.
